An amazing opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join the provider’s expanding team in a reputable and well-established supported living service. Ideally, the chosen applicant should have prior expertise in the
client groups sector; candidates would find this post particularly valuable if they have experience creating services within rehabilitation support backgrounds.
In order to make sure the service runs well and helps its residents live full and happy lives while they work towards overcoming their substance misuse issues through a range of both community and inhouse therapeutic interventions, you will need to take on the CQC registration and manage the team. You will possess extraordinary communication skills, be a natural leader, be able to multitask, and be able to collaborate with others.
The successful candidate will exhibit familiarity with the Care Industry and CQC regulations, in addition to possessing the necessary qualifications to do the
The role of Registered Managers. As a Registered Manager, it will be your duty to guarantee that residents receive high-quality, person-centred care that satisfies their assessed requirements and empowers them to lead fulfilling, independent lives. You’ll be adept at determining needs and collaborating with a variety of professionals in records and process management, both within and externally.
You will possess a Leadership Health and Social Care NVQ level 4 or QCF level 5 certification, or a comparable one. It’s also crucial to have prior management and personnel deployment experience in a social care setting. You will be a licensed driver in the UK with access to your own vehicle for work-related use.
Our ideal applicant will have prior knowledge of:
directing CQC regulated services with either NVQ 4 or QCF level 5 qualification
Working with persons with a learning disability or mental health needs and complex needs
Leading teams in a supervisory role.
Ability to work using own initiative under pressure in a professional manner.
Ability to lead a team effectively and to organize, prioritize and complete tasks within given timescales.
Good IT skills and ability to use Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent people management skills – Ability to communicate with service users, families and professionals appropriately and in line with confidentiality policy.
Budget Management Skills
